Where we are

We are an online store — the address above is our registered business address, not a walk-in shop. Please arrange any collection with us first.

What to include

If your query is about an order, quoting your order number gets you a useful answer far faster than a description of the item.

Quotes and business accounts

We quote for businesses, schools and government, and we can beat most written quotes on like-for-like stock. Use the Request a quote option on any product, or register a business account for account terms.

Complaints

Tell us first — email shop@burikashop.co.za with "Complaint" in the subject and we will get to it personally. If we cannot put it right, you may approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
